X-ECO market leader solution is lighting up new Bum Nuttal Plant road construction site along M27 motorway in the south of England.
The Trime X-ECO LED brings together environmental, fleet management and operator benefits into one complete unit, and is particularly ideal for brightly lighting up infrastructure projects.
The X-ECO LED features 6 no. 160W, 48V multi-directionally adjustable LED lights floodlights, with safe 48V power between the generator and the lights. The vertical hydraulic mast has seven sections, rising to a maximum height of 8.5m with 340° rotation and wind stability up to 110 km/h. Easy lifting is via a central lifting eye with longitudinal and transversal forklift pockets for safe handling and transportation.
Operators will capitalise on energy savings, longer run times between refuelling, instant bright light and the built-in auto start/stop light sensor. Safety is heightened by the X-ECO AMOSS safety system, which automatically lowers the mast if the lighting set is moved whilst the mast is still erected.
The X-ECO LED has efficient performance at the core of its development, Trime have calculated that the X-ECO LED uses approximately €363.00 less in fuel each month when compared to many traditionally illuminated lighting sets; this gives rise to a reduction in C02 output by around 888kg per month. Thirteen X-ECO sets can be loaded on one single truck, meaning potentially less traffic on European highways. Its sturdy, robust design is built to withstand the rigours of the construction markets.
The X-ECO LED is powered by the latest Kubota Z482 1500 rpm diesel engine, with a fuel tank capacity of 110 litres and a running time of 200 hours between refuelling. Whisper quiet noise level of just 65 (dBA) @ 7m, means the X-ECO LED will be acceptable in most noise sensitive environments.
The increasing demand from construction firms for energy saving LED lighting has propelled the Trime X-ECO LED lighting tower to one of most sought after site lighting towers in today’s market.
