Compact WASH BAY

The X-1 is a compact wash bay designed for small machinery and equipment, featuring a useful washing area of 1500 x 3000 mm. It is equipped with durable galvanized ramps and 2200 mm high containment walls to control overspray and ensure safe operation.

HOW DOES A WASH BAY WORK ?

The integrated floor pan channels dirty water and sludge into a rear solids collection tank, where a float switch activates a diaphragm pump to transfer wastewater into the filtration tanks. After treatment, a booster pump recirculates the filtered water back to the pressure washer, enabling a closed-loop water recycling system that minimizes consumption.

Replaceable filters inside the separator tank ensure consistent filtration performance and easy maintenance.
